The goal of the educational consultant is to built a team of professional tutors for all subjects in their service area and match them with appropriate students. A successful educational consultant would be expected to handle from at least 6-7 tutors to as many as 200 tutors for their general area, with the ability to guarantee a student a tutor for any subject from kindergarten to second year college classes within 24 hours. Some of the tasks involved for the Educational Consultant would be to conduct interviews for tutors to determine if a tutor is qualified or to resolve conflicts between tutors, students, and their families.

Our company will provide you with a sufficient number of resumes for tutors and, most importantly, we will recruit students for your tutors. We will also teach you recruiting techniques that will help you grow your business.
